Bright & sunny this Sunday morning in Malta after a grey drizzly day yesterday. Happy Jumbling to all! Btw anyone know what happened to petralamb? She hasnt written for a while now..

Dont I know the feeling Wutrain! Today as soon as I played jonquils I realized I needed the j for a bonus word. I wish there was a reverse button to eliminate bad moves especially when you realize straightaway what youve done. Oh well better luck next time!.

Actually it was my daughter who realised a year ago that the bonus words were in alphabethical order and she had only been playing a week whereas I had been playing at least four months. I was again very unlucky with the last 7 letters today. Well done to those who get the full score if you have the same letters!.

Wow oen 630 is a very high score for scrabble. My highest score was about 550 and my average is around 490. My last 14 tiles in JS yesterday spelt 2 very easy words. Jangles was 1 of them and I cant remember the other. I find that the 1st and last 7-lettered words are the most difficult t*****e up with. Those in between are usually quite straightforward if you have a good balance of vowels and consonants which I didnt have today :(.

Those players who like me got IRR in the 1st round today were disadvantaged as they could not start with a 2-lettered word from the top. The 2nd time I tried to play I got LIR in the 1st round - much better. The same thing happened yesterday. All players should get the same set of letters. Oh well still my favourite game :).

I wasnt surprised when vivats and vivdas werent accepted but unliked was the last straw. Couldnt post my score of 2000 because I stopped the game halfway to remove it from my favourites..

Great to have you back petralamb! Was very worried about you. I dont usually read the comments of the timed games. Very busy with school now and visiting a sick relative every day in hospital. Scores arent that important as long as we get the solutions :).

Thanks Winekitty it would be an honour for me to be KOOTERIZED! We do have our own Knights of Malta. I only know the meanings of difficult words cos I recently got myself a Scrabble Dictionary. Today I could have played azulejo in JS but it wasnt accepted. At least Im improving in Scrabble if not in the Jumble games..

cb4real you have to choose the bonus word that starts with d for the time being at least. They are in alphabetical order so the next lot will start with e. Got 2000 2nd time round cos I changed 1st 2-lettered word. Oh well!.

Why doesnt everyone just play and stop interfering in everyone elses business? I love this game & most times I play without a dictionary but when I have a scrabble tournament coming up I use a scrabble dictionary. Today I learnt nursles runless and availes even though SW wouldnt accept them..

Praying for all my shockwave friends and especially for lauraqts sister petralamb and girlsinger. Wow 17 songs very impressive! My daughter sings solo; I only sing in a church choir myself but I still get a pounding heart and I feel light-headed after the high notes. Wish I could be there for the recital!.

Very sorry for your loss, mawfever. I too lost a very dear ex-student, 21 yrs old, 2 weeks ago, under tragic circumstances. Our only consolation is that they are resting in the Lord. God bless all of you! .
