How do I cancel my Club Shockwave membership?

Sign in with your screen name and password. Visit your Account Settings page on My Shockwave, click on the "Cancel" link in the "Account Info" pod and follow the directions to cancel your subscription. For more information, please review our Cancellation Policy. Note: If you created your Club Shockwave subscription using a prepaid subscription card and entered your billing information during the registration process, you will need to actively cancel your subscription through your your Account Settings page on My Shockwave.

I notice I have a rank in some games. What is that?

Club exclusive games have player rankings based on your cumulative performance over time. Rankings progress 1-50, with 50 being the highest achievement. In each game, your rank will automatically increase according to the number of tokens you are awarded each time you play.

Am I entitled to a Shockwave UNLIMITED 10-day free trial if I've already had a Club Shockwave trial period?

We can only offer one trial period per customer for both our Club Shockwave and Shockwave UNLIMITED subscription services.
