Jan 7, 2009 Mmm, censored again. --with the max possible score being around four thousand and the high score posted for Wed being five thousand, one hundred and sixty-eight. Uh huh. I say just ignore the unreliable scores & play for fun. Trying to measure yourself against an impossible thing is fruitless. |

Jan 7, 2009 The max score you can get on a game with one & only one full set of tiles is 1680. Multiply by 3 & you get a max high score of 5040. If you get a game with more than one set of tiles, or less than one, the score varies. To get the max score you would have to double EVERY set. Wed's game had 2 full sets & one short set, the max possible score being around ***************************** ***************************** ***************************** ********* (uh huh). Don't fret the score, just… |

Jan 5, 2009 I'm no pro, but usually 4000's and top 200... try and go for the bonus points on the highest point tiles [flowers, seasons, directions, etc]... give up the bonus on the 'cheap' tiles [1pt, 2pt, etc.]... don't be afraid to restart or undo - no penalties for that :) |

Jan 5, 2009 kchumerbird: I am also in the 3000's, but for a couple of times. Guess you have to get two pairs of the same sort after one another, i.e. 4 of the same, to get X-tra bonus and so higher score. Keep trying:) |
