Send the housing market through the roof as you build, buy, and sell houses in this exciting strategy game! You can flip houses for quick cash or sit back and watch the rental income pile up. Become a real estate mogul as you visit scenic towns, earn huge profits and perform special favors for the colorful local mayors. The full version of Build-a-lot features:- 2 modes of play
- More than 35 empire-building levels
- Fun house upgrades such as bowling alleys and swimming pools
Keep developing your mogul status when you play Build-a-lot 2: Town of the Year and Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe.
Instructions:
Click on houses and empty lots to select them. Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to perform actions. The Money & Goals tab shows your rental income and the required goals to complete the level. The Workers tab lets you train new workers. The Materials tab lets you order more materials. The Blueprints tab lets you draft blueprints for bigger houses.See in-game help for detailed instructions.
